Support CSTA
CSTA is the only statewide professional organization offering leadership and representation
to all science educators—in every science discipline at every grade level, Kindergarten through
University. In the last several years, CSTA has earned significant recognition for its successes
at the state level. CSTA offers a clear, unified voice for all science educators when it comes to
the state standards, instructional materials, and other issues affecting the quality of classroom
instruction.
CSTA has been able to accomplish its recent successes only because of the existence of a state
office and staff who are available to step up at critical times. But we need the support of all
science educators in the state to be able to continue these efforts. Here's how you can help:
Membership: Keeping your membership in CSTA active year after year is one of the best ways to
show your ongoing support for excellence in science education. Many of CSTA's administrative costs
are subsidized by membership dues. » Click to Learn More
Individual donations: Members and non-members alike are invited to make individual donations to
help support CSTA's leadership efforts. Donations of all amounts are gladly accepted and are very
much appreciated. Making an individual donation is a great way to support the science education
community even if you do not wish to receive CSTA's membership benefits. It's also a great way to
give back to the next generation of science educators when you retire. Individual donors who give
more than $50 are recognized as "Patrons of Science Education" in California Classroom Science,
which reaches over 25,000 science educators in California. Your donation is tax deductible.

Corporate sponsorships: Your company can help support CSTA by sponsoring CSTA events, conference
activities, web pages, merchandise, and more. Corporate sponsorship is a great way to get your company's
name in front of science educators from all grade levels and all science disciplines from throughout the
state. Corporate sponsors may be acknowledged in CCS, the conference program, on our website, and in
printed materials. For more information on becoming a corporate sponsor, please contact Jessica Lewis at
jessica@cascience.org. Many different opportunities exist to meet your budget and your needs.
