PAYNE PRESERVICE STRAND

CSTA is pleased to present a series of sessions designed for Preservice Teachers at the California Science Education Conference. Funded by the Karen and Christopher Payne Family Foundation and developed with the assistance of the Association for Science Teacher Education (ASTE), the program will include workshops, two Focus Speaker, and a networking reception, as well as a post-conference mentorship element.

Preservice teachers who submit an application will be offered the opportunity to receive a stipend for attending the conference and completing the program requirements. Download program description. Information packets are also being sent to university science methods instructors.
